  4. There are new versions of MPEGDecode and !MakeMPEG
  5. dated 03.09.96

  7. MakeMPEG now supports input from replay files, and
  8. MPEGDecode fixes a frame rate bug as well as an
  9. error generated by !ARPlayer and !AREncode about
  10. default sprites.

  13. Although the help file says that any ArmMovie can be converted, however I did
  14. run into a problem.  Using !SplitMPEG I converted an MPEG animation of the
  15. Enterprise.  This created a type 1 replay after it had been compressed with 
  16. !AREncode.  I then wanted to convert it back to MPEG to see the quality of the
  17. conversion, but it did not convert back to MPEG.  However, the Lauch replay file 
  18. supplied with Risc OS 3.7 which is a type 7 replay did convert properly.
